Incoming: Windows 11 Update

We’ve talked before about Windows 11 and also about AI PCs with our earlier HP / Ryzen posts. With today’s blog piece, we want to talk about how businesses can take advantage of the newest update in Microsoft Windows.

It’s recommended to adapt to the next best thing while they can.

The deadline is looming! Windows 10 will no longer be supported, starting October 15th, 2025 -for all Microsoft Users. Windows 11 was introduced earlier this year as the next big upgrade, with superior benefits including better UX, improved hybrid workflow and generative AI tools to speed up the workflow. With the new AI PCs, tech leaders are pushing for PC owners to upgrade soon - giving users more time to adapt to the change. But, according to Microsoft Support, users with their current hardware can adapt from Windows 10 to Windows 11 if they have the proper system specifications, which can be found here.

Why do they stress the importance of upgrading not just to a new operating system, but a whole new device?

With big changes comes big reactions. There have been mixed reviews about ending Windows 10 support. Some IT specialists are convinced that the chip life of the software has “many years left”, while others are pushing for the upgrade. The downside to upgrading on the same device with WIndows 11 leaves room for lagging. WIndows 11 is equipped for speedier chip drives, and older computer models might take a minute to adjust to its fast-paced software. Installments might be successful, but some experts claim that users shouldn’t wait for their current support system to be accommodated to; it’s recommended to adapt to the next best thing while they can.
